Robb has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry both as legal counsel to insurance carriers and leading claims organizations. He has extensive experience in the property and casualty market, and has lead organizations through the handling of significant catastrophe events. 

He has a bachelor’s degree from Humboldt State University and a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. He started his career as outside counsel for insurance carriers providing coverage advice and defending them in bad faith litigation. He then moved to an in house role with Balboa Insurance Group leading a claims legal team. He then switched roles to become Chief Claims Officer of Balboa Insurance Group, and subsequently led other claims organizations for QBE North America and Tower Hill Insurance Group.

 

Robb is a licensed attorney in the states of Maine and California, and a licensed adjuster in multiple jurisdictions. He is an active member of the CLM, currently serving on the Executive Council for the Claims College, School of Leadership.
